Gerrard comments on Mohamed Salah achieving his son Leo's dream during the Nottingham match     Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, Liverpool winger, fulfilled the wish of Leo, son of Reds legend Stephen Gerrard, after the latter announced earlier that his son loves Mo Salah more than him.  And when Mohamed Salah met Gerrard last March, the English legend said: "My favorite player now is you, because my son Leo is obsessed with you. He loves you more than me.
